Team NEO Adds New Board Members

Team Northeast Ohio (Team NEO) announces the election of five new Trustees. Elected by the Board to 3-year terms are: April Miller Boise, Partner-in-Charge, Cleveland, Thompson Hine LLP; Dr. Roy A. Church, President, Lorain County Community College; A. Ray Dalton, President & CEO, PartsSource; Joe Lopez, founder and President of New Era Builders, Inc.; and Thomas J. Murphy, President & COO, Ben Venue Laboratories.

About April Miller Boise
April Miller Boise is Partner-in-Charge, Cleveland office of Thompson Hine. Ms. Boise has spoken and written extensively in the fields of securities offerings for public and private companies; and corporate governance including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
About Dr. Roy A. Church
Dr. Roy A. Church is President of Lorain County Community College and has led the transformation of the college since 1987. Dr. Church is professionally involved in activities to improve access to education, build collaborative initiatives, and improve articulation and transfer at the state, regional and local level.
About A. Ray Dalton
A. Ray Dalton is President of PartsSource and has spent a lifetime defining the word entrepreneur. Mr. Dalton started his first company at the age of 25 and has since created seven successful companies over the past 25 years. PartsSource is the latest in a string of successful businesses created in Mr. Dalton’s efforts to reduce the cost of healthcare while creating economic opportunities.
About Joe Lopez
Joe Lopez is the founder and President of New Era Builders, Inc., a commercial General Contracting firm. His company employs a full staff of Professionals, Architects, Project Managers, Superintendents and skilled trade personnel and was inducted into INC. 500, as well as Case Western Reserve’s “Weatherhead 100.”
About Thomas J. Murphy
Thomas J. Murphy is President & Chief Operating Office of Ben Venue Laboratories, a Boehringer Ingelheim Company. He has been a leader in the Generic Pharmaceutical Industry for 20 years. In his current role, Mr. Murphy is responsible for the management of a multi-faceted organization with revenues approaching $1 Billion.
